How do I know the products haven't been tampered with?

Pricing & Delivery
Why is delivery free?
We operate on a transparent, all-inclusive pricing model. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay at your doorstep — no delivery fees, no customs charges, no surprises.
Are there any hidden fees or customs charges?
None. All logistics, handling, and clearance fees are built into the listed price. Our institutional logistics team manages the end-to-end clearance process on your behalf.
Stock & Availability
Why are some products "Out of Stock"?
To ensure maximum shelf-life and potency, we do not hold aging inventory. If a product is out of stock, it is being replenished directly from our Australian partners. You can contact us to be notified when it's back.
How quickly will I receive my order?
For products available in our Sri Lanka facility, orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered to your doorstep within 4–7 business days. You will receive a tracking confirmation via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

What if my bottle arrives unsealed?
