  2. Evidence: Attach clear photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item.
  3. Resolution: Our team will review the claim within 24 hours. Verified claims will be eligible for a priority replacement at no additional cost to you.

Pre-Purchase Responsibility

Finality

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds in the event of an allergic reaction or personal sensitivity.

Safety Protocol

Once a product seal is broken, it can no longer be admitted back into our controlled supply chain for hygiene reasons.
